It is HUGE (17.72×13.19×8.07 inches) and once full, weighs about 25 pounds: a cherry stained, leather wrapped trunk FULL of goodies to share. Let’s start with the books, shall we? First, we have two herbal books. A Kid’s Herb Book and The Modern Herbal Dispensatory: A Medicine Making Guide. Learn the history and recipes of herbal medicine together in the kitchen. Then dip a toe into the magical side of things with The Little Witch’s Book of Spells and The Green Witch. What better way to learn your craft than as a family? Then add in a little outside time together with The Green Witch’s Garden. And if five books aren’t enough to get you excited, add in the two tarot decks. The Green Witch Tarot and the Tarot for Kids are great decks for reading cards together. But what about that good old fashioned hands on learning? I’ve got you covered there too. Two complete sets (24 candles total) of spell candles included two of each: orange, green, brown, gold, grey, black, white, red, pink, purple, blue, and yellow. Two 16 ounce glass potion jars for holding all of your amazing witchy concoctions. And of course for brewing those wonderful potions, 30 glass jars of dried herbs and spell components that you can customize either in 15 pairs or 30 different herbs. And these aren’t your typical tiny little bottles. These glass jars are an adorable hexagon with a holding capacity of 1.5 ounces. You’ll also receive two metal spoons with leaf embellishments for scooping and stirring all those ingredients. Whew! It’s already been an adventure, but don’t forget that you can also make a great cup of tea to wind down after a long day of learning. To make it extra special, brew it up in a celestial inspired tea basket. It fits most mugs, tea cups, and tea pots. How do those tv infomercials go? But wait! There’s more! Also included are two matching necklaces (one gold and one silver) with a kitty moon charm and a single 2oz tin of 8 different gemstone beads to share. I like the gemstone beads in particular because they can be used in spell jars and to embellish magical jewelry, which sounds like a great family activity to me. Each box ships insured with tracking. If you want expedited shipping, it will of course incur an additional charge, but if you’re happy to settle for standard shipping, the cost is on me.
